ACH · ECHECK · BANK PAYMENTS

A practical alternative for bank-to-bank payments.

Add customer-authorized bank payments for invoices, deposits, and repeat billing. Use PayPact’s ACH tools or review a supported connection to your existing business software.

PAYMENT TOOLS FROM PAYPACT

Bank payments with a practical place in your workflow.

Collect approved, customer-authorized bank payments for invoices, service agreements, deposits, and repeat billing. Give customers a secure place to enter details and give your team a record to work from.

A submitted payment is a step—not the settlement.

The customer enters bank details and provides authorization. Your team can follow the payment record and handle follow-up as needed. Approval, processing limits, settlement, and return handling are confirmed for the account.

PAYMENT CHOICES & COST

Add a bank-payment choice beside the card price.

For eligible invoice and payment-page setups, ACH can provide an alternative to the card price. We review ACH pricing separately: offsetting card fees does not make bank-payment processing free.

PAYMENTS IN YOUR EXISTING SOFTWARE

Bring bank payments into the system you already use.

We review ACH support within the exact software connection, including how authorizations, submitted payments, returns, and reconciliation are handled. Standalone ACH capability does not establish what a connector supports.

04COMMON QUESTIONS

Clear answers before the next step.

What is the difference between ACH and a card payment?+

ACH moves a payment through the bank-payment network rather than the card network. It uses bank-account details and an appropriate customer authorization, with its own processing, settlement, and return behavior.

Can customers pay an invoice by ACH?+

Yes, when ACH is approved and enabled on the invoice or hosted payment page. The same supported page can offer cards and digital wallets as separate payment choices.

Does a submitted ACH payment mean the funds have settled?+

No. Submission is not the same as confirmed settlement. Timing, returns, and account limits depend on the approved ACH setup, and your team needs a process for reviewing payment status.

Can we schedule recurring bank payments?+

Yes. Authorized ACH payments can be configured on supported schedules using saved bank-payment methods.

Is ACH free when we offset card fees?+

Not necessarily. Card-fee offset and ACH pricing are separate. We show the bank-payment costs and account terms alongside the card program so the economics are clear.

Will ACH work in every software integration?+

No. We confirm ACH availability, authorization handling, status updates, returns, and reconciliation in the specific connection. Standalone ACH support does not establish connector support.
