About the integration
Biller Genie is a cloud-based accounts-receivable automation platform that works around the accounting system a business already uses. It can send invoices and scheduled reminders, provide a branded customer portal, collect credit-card and ACH payments, support Auto Pay and flexible payment plans, and automatically reconcile payment activity back to supported accounting software. Its Technology Fees tools include both compliant surcharging and Dual Pricing, with Dual Pricing displaying card and ACH/cash prices throughout the customer payment journey.

Automated invoice delivery and follow-up+
Invoice Messenger can send branded invoices on a custom schedule by email or paper mail, while automated follow-up reminders help keep receivables moving.
Customer portal and integrated payments+
Customers can view invoices and history and make secure card or ACH payments online. Biller Genie documents tokenized/encrypted payment handling plus one-time sales, refunds, credits and voids.
Auto Pay, payment plans and reconciliation+
Support stored-payment Auto Pay on invoice due dates, one-time and recurring payments, bulk pay, installment plans, and automatic batch reconciliation back to the accounting system.
Dual Pricing and compliant surcharging+
Biller Genie offers Dual Pricing that displays card and ACH/cash prices throughout the customer journey. It separately offers compliant surcharging with BIN checks that suppress fees on debit/prepaid cards and automatic accounting reconciliation.
How it works with PayPact
The accounting system continues to create and maintain the receivable. Biller Genie syncs the invoice/customer data, sends invoices and reminders, presents the customer payment portal, and returns successful payment activity for reconciliation. PayPact connects the supported processing/gateway route. Auto Pay, payment plans, card/ACH methods and Technology Fees are configured to the merchant’s workflow; if Dual Pricing is enabled, both card and ACH/cash prices are presented through the customer payment journey.

What you’ll need+
- An active Biller Genie account and a supported accounting integration or approved stand-alone receivables workflow.
- An approved PayPact merchant account and compatible gateway/payment-provider configuration, including accept.blue where selected.
- Administrator access to Biller Genie and the connected accounting platform for invoice/customer sync, payment and reconciliation setup.
- Decisions on card/ACH acceptance, portal behavior, Auto Pay/payment-plan policies, reconciliation, and whether Dual Pricing or compliant surcharging will be used.
