PAYMENT TOOLS FROM PAYPACT
Collect approved, customer-authorized bank payments for invoices, service agreements, deposits, and repeat billing. Give customers a secure place to enter details and give your team a record to work from.
The customer enters bank details and provides authorization. Your team can follow the payment record and handle follow-up as needed. Approval, processing limits, settlement, and return handling are confirmed for the account.

PAYMENT CHOICES & COST
For eligible invoice and payment-page setups, ACH can provide an alternative to the card price. We review ACH pricing separately: offsetting card fees does not make bank-payment processing free.

PAYMENTS IN YOUR EXISTING SOFTWARE
We review ACH support within the exact software connection, including how authorizations, submitted payments, returns, and reconciliation are handled. Standalone ACH capability does not establish what a connector supports.

04COMMON QUESTIONS
ACH moves a payment through the bank-payment network rather than the card network. It uses bank-account details and an appropriate customer authorization, with its own processing, settlement, and return behavior.
