How it works with PayPact
Sage Intacct remains the financial system of record. PayPact provisions the accept.blue processing/gateway configuration and coordinates the Erisana integration path identified in the Accept.Blue list. Before implementation, the team documents how receivables are selected, where the customer pays, how transactions and refunds post, and how settlements reconcile. Dual Pricing is configured and tested for the supported payment flow if selected.

What you’ll need+
- An active Sage Intacct environment with administrator or implementation access.
- An approved PayPact merchant account and active accept.blue gateway configuration.
- Access to the Erisana Sage Intacct integration path identified in the PayPact-supplied Accept.Blue list.
- A defined AR/payment design covering entity, dimensions, invoice allocation, refunds, fees, settlement reconciliation, and Dual Pricing if used.
Setup
Document the Sage Intacct process+
Review entities, customers, invoices, dimensions, payment application, refunds, deposits, and reconciliation so the connector has a clear accounting target.
Provision PayPact and accept.blue+
Complete merchant setup and establish the accept.blue gateway credentials/configuration.
Coordinate the Erisana connection+
PayPact connects the merchant with the appropriate implementation resources and confirms the supported Sage Intacct connector/version.
Test accounting outcomes+
Run end-to-end payment tests and validate invoice application, fees, refunds, settlement reconciliation, reporting, and Dual Pricing presentation before production use.
