Juliana is our VP of Client Relations, with over eight years of experience in the payments industry. Matthew Hough
Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer at PayPact, Matt leads company operations with a focus on scaling systems, improving efficiency, and enhancing the customer experience. With over 7 years in software and payment technology, he’s implemented operational strategies that cut onboarding times, improved team performance, and strengthened client retention.
Before stepping into the COO role, Matt served as VP of Sales, where he doubled recurring revenue and helped hundreds of businesses uncover payment inefficiencies and reduce costs. His ability to align strategy with execution has made him a key driver of PayPact’s growth.
Outside of work, Matt enjoys riding his Harley, playing golf, and spending quality time with his family.
Tylor Shurick
Vice President of Sales
Tylor Shurick joins the team with an extensive background in finance management, having worked in various leadership roles across top automotive dealerships. With over nine years of experience, Tylor consistently excelled in key performance metrics, breaking records and leading high-performing teams. His tenure at Tulley Auto Group, Peters Honda, and other dealerships showcases his ability to optimize processes, drive profitability, and maintain exceptional customer satisfaction.
At PayPact, Tylor brings that same customer-first mindset to fintech—helping businesses streamline payment operations, reduce costs, and implement solutions tailored to their goals. Known for his leadership and attention to detail, he ensures every client receives expert guidance and long-term value.
Outside of work, Tylor enjoys golfing, staying active, and spending time with his family.
