His tenure at Tulley Auto Group, Peters Honda, and other dealerships showcases his ability to optimize processes, drive profitability, and maintain exceptional customer satisfaction. At PayPact, Tylor brings that same customer-first mindset to fintech—helping businesses streamline payment operations, reduce costs, and implement solutions tailored to their goals. Known for his leadership and attention to detail, he ensures every client receives expert guidance and long-term value. Terrence is an Enterprise Account Executive with over a decade in the payments industry, including many years working directly with large, complex organizations. He partners with high-growth and multi-location businesses to simplify payment processing, reduce costs, and eliminate the operational friction that comes with scale.
Terrence has extensive experience working with PayPact customers and enterprise organizations, collaborating alongside ISVs and internal stakeholders to implement payment solutions that are practical, reliable, and easy to live with long-term. He takes a straightforward, hands-on approach with clients, listens closely to what is and isn’t working, and isn’t afraid to negotiate or push for better outcomes. He believes strong relationships are built on trust, transparency, and doing right by the business, not just closing a deal.
Nick serves as an Account Manager, bringing a decade of experience in providing technology solutions to businesses.
